Please bring a refreshment to share.

Each Committee Chair should be prepared to make a brief presentation on the following:

1.  Highlights of your most recent meeting
2.  Number of attendees
3.  Identification of the goals that were presented on Aug. 3 Leadership Retreat that relate to your committee, action items deadlines and responsible person
4. Upcoming events and initiatives

Standing Topics and New Business Will Include:

1.  The Annual  Conference - Berri
A. Theme
B.  RFP deadline - November or December
C.  Adding PDI (professional development institutes)

2.  Hiring Web Maintenance Person.  Please bring referrals who can provide the following:
A.  Uploading quarterly newsletter
B.  Uploading and removing monthly events
C.  Add photos and Bios of Board and Committee members
D.  Adding "Benefits of Membership" page to include mentoring

3.  Membership engagement and growth efforts - Joint Task Force

4.  NCDA February Event - Lakeisha and Maria

Lastly, I would like to add a page on our site featuring Board and Committee members with BIOS and a photo.  If you need a photo, please come professionally dressed to third Thursday and have your mugshot taken.
