Congratulations to Marylander, E. Niel Carey for receiving the 2017 Kenneth B. Hoyt Memorial Career Education Practitioner Award
E. Niel Carey, who has a long history of supporting Career Education as a counselor, teacher, and administrator served as NCDA’s first Executive Director from 1985-1994. He has been very involved in NCDA’s Government Relations Committee as well as with the Brain Trust.
