A career transition isn’t just about updating a résumé or securing the next role. Clients moving through these moments are often also navigating uncertainty, shifts in identity, emotional overwhelm, and the pressure to make decisions before they feel fully ready. For many, career choices are deeply connected to who they believe they are, what they value, and whether they feel safe, seen, and aligned in the world of work. This interactive roundtable introduces the B.R.E.A.T.H.E. framework, a whole-person, resilience-informed approach designed to help career practitioners slow the process just enough for clients to regain clarity and a sense of agency. Together, we will explore how career transitions intersect with belief systems, identity, emotional regulation, and values alignment. Participants will leave with practical, culturally responsive, and strengths-based strategies they can apply immediately to support clients through uncertainty, reinvention, and change, helping clients not only decide what’s next, but learn how to B.R.E.A.T.H.E through the transition itself.
