Leonard Posey
As Strategic Human Capital Consultant and Certified Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Lee Hecht Harrison, Leonard Posey is responsible for the design and implementation of Lee Hecht Harrison’s global diversity and inclusion strategy. Lee Hecht Harrison is the world’s leading provider of career transition and human capital solutions with 382 offices in 71 countries. Leonard is a highly skilled and proven business leader with over 30 years of progressive human resources, operations and sales management experience. As a consultant to management, Leonard has provided consulting expertise on a wide range of subjects including inclusive leadership, gender equity, unconscious bias, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and culture change. Prior to joining LHH, Leonard worked for several organizations holding managerial and senior executive roles in higher education, professional and financial services. Leonard has mentored community youth and colleagues he has worked with and has been the recipient of several awards including Lee Hecht Harrison’s President’s Award for Exceptional Performance and the National Association of African American in Human Resources Trailblazer Award. Leonard has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Twana Harris
Twana Harris, Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Freedom Mortgage has 20+ years of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Learning & Development leadership within Fortune 500 global financial services corporations. She has served in executive roles in human capital management and is recognized for building the business processes and infrastructure necessary for producing outstanding organizational results. She earned a Master's in Social Psychology at University of Illinois at Chicago and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Long Beach.
