Join MCDA and Adrienne Alberts as we explore "What Keeps Employers Up at Night." 


This interactive session is designed for career counselors and private practitioners to learn what really keeps recruiters up at night and how their clients can exploit it to gain an edge in the competitive job search market.


About our Speaker 

Adrienne Alberts, Program Manager, College and Diversity Programs, for the American Red Cross, has been involved in talent management and career development for over 17 years.  In her current role, she manages organization-wide college and diversity recruiting efforts.


Prior to joining the Red Cross, Adrienne managed college relations for Booz Allen Hamilton, and college and diversity recruiting for Constellation Energy Group.  Adrienne has also served as the director of client services for MonsterTrak, a division of Monster Worldwide, and on the staffs of career centers at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Virginia, and the College of William and Mary. 


Adrienne has diverse experience in career development, diversity recruiting, effective service delivery, and process improvement.   A native of Virginia, she received her M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration on College Student Personnel Administration and her B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University.
