Sabira Vohra, has over 20+ years of experience in global career development, career transit ion and coaching, strategic career development, training and facilitation. Sabira is a hands on visionary leader and supporter of career services. She is guided by strong intuition, a global perspective and has an open & honest communication style.
Through her Private Practice, Career Infusion, she coaches and counsels professionals and job seekers to create effective plans for job searching, career exploration and transitioning and successfully managing and navigating their careers. She meets clients where they are,
providing full service customized career services. Sabira also consults with higher education institutions, The World Bank and Executive placement agencies empowering employees to navigate their careers in a diverse global workforce. Sabira also serves as an
Adjunct Professor at Washington Adventist University, teaching career development courses.
Previously, Sabira has served as Director of Career Services at various Universities, within MD and non-profit organizations. She also served as President of Maryland Career Development Association. She holds a MA in Human Sciences – Psychology/Thanatology from Hood College, Frederick, MD; BS (Honors) in Psychology and Social Studies from University of Bedfordshire, England. As well as professional certifications in Job & Career Development Coach (JCDC); Certified Job & Career Transition Coach (JCTC); Certified Career Services Professional (CCSP); Global Career Development Facilitator and Instructor (GCDF and GCDF-I); Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS).
