Janet Glover-Kerkvliet is a career coach for Medstar Health who maintains a private counseling practice. With masters degrees from Smith College and Johns Hopkins University, she brings extensive experience supporting diverse populations facing employment and mental health challenges. She received several awards for her work with the Baltimore Job Hunters Support Group. She teaches career counseling theory at Notre Dame University of Maryland and is a former clinical internship supervisor for Johns Hopkins. As both educator and practitioner, Janet empowers clients to overcome workplace adversity, develop resilience, and successfully navigate career transitions with a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
