For 40 years, Natalie Kauffman, M.S., FCD-I, NCCC, GCDF-I, has been providing comprehensive career & transition solutions both to individuals and groups that continually infuse the 8 domains of wellness in her Private Career Practice, Transition Consultancy work, Global Career Development Strategy efforts and Federal Job Coaching and Training. Across the U.S. & circling the globe, her career counseling, coaching and training experience has traversed business, government, education and NPO settings. In the recent year, she has used her vast experience to weave the impact of economic, social and demographic issues with current and past career development research and practice to address the many challenges facing job seekers during today’s globally-sluggish economy.
With her M.S. in Applied Behavioral Counseling and a Career Counseling concentration from The Johns Hopkins University School of Education, Natalie also has taught Career Decision Making courses at the college level & in both the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) and Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) curricula; maintaining FCD and GCDF Instructor certification. She additionally holds certification as a Job and Career Transition Coach. Among the many awards Natalie has received for her tireless support and commitment to the career development profession, she is proudest of the NCDA's Outstanding Career Practitioner Award.
